Jesus Christ - the Great Pastor of the Church. (Ezekiel 34:23-24, John 10:11-16, Hebrews 13:20-21, 1 Peter 5:4)

Harvest Bible Church is an elder-led church.  Our elders (also known as “pastors” or “shepherds”) lead the local church under the authority of our Great Shepherd of the Church, Jesus Christ.  Harvest elders provide spiritual oversight in matters of doctrine, direction, and discipline with respect to our local church family.  These leaders must meet the qualifications for elders clearly defined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.
